The GTL 8000 combines an extremely deep casting head with all the saltwater specifications of the popular scope reels. During the development of the 9 and 10ft Scope rod models, it quickly became clear that it was actually only personal casting technique that limited casts over 90m. with the GTL 8000 is now the perfect partner for extreme distances because the extremely accurate "Slow Oscillation" line lay guarantees minimal friction and ensures fantastic casting distances - in addition, the deep spool offers an enormous line capacity - ideal when rigs several 100m outside with the boat have to be filed.
